Mr. Zogas concentrates his practice in business and corporate law. He has over 25 years of experience representing corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of transactional settings.
Those matters include the formation of corporations, LLCs and other business entities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, business succession planning, executive compensation, benefits and incentive compensation, employment agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, tax issues affecting businesses and individuals, commercial transactions and business contracts, day-to-day operational matters, mergers, acquisitions and sales, leasing, real estate development, capital and bank financing transactions.
Mr. Zogas has represented businesses in many different industries in connection with new product development, access to the capital markets, regulatory compliance, protection of trade secrets and the licensing of intellectual property.
