Mr. Rich concentrates his practice on securities and corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and the drafting of business relationship documents. He regularly works with private and public companies, venture capital investors and technology and emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth, from formation through dealings with venture financing and other capital raising initiatives.
