Mr. Murray's practice primarily involves counseling business entities. He concentrates in acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate finance, public securities offerings, private equity and venture capital financings and negotiation and drafting of other business relationship documents, including distribution and licensing agreements, and executive employment agreements. He is also active in several aspects of the firm's health care practice.
